Before STELLEN, that meant fifteen years working in HR alongside directors, managers and founders in architecture and design practices across the UK, Ireland, Singapore, Spain, Canada and the UAE — navigating the harder parts of running a practice where the work is both a business and a vocation.
STELLEN is a narrower, more direct continuation of that work: one-to-one, with the leaders themselves, on the position they're in and the one they want to take next.
